When Charlotte, NC-based marketing communications agency Wray Ward began its search for a new headquarters, among its must-haves were an abundant supply of creative meeting spaces and natural light.
The solution was the adaptive reuse of a 1950s warehouse and a two-story new construction structure that combined to give the agency 39,000 square feet of the function and flair they sought.
Wray Ward partnered with Redline Design Group and Edifice General Contractors to create a space with a vibrant, industrial feel and collaborative spaces.
CRL Heavy-Duty Spider Fittings offer shining structural symmetry in an expansive interior glass wall that overlooks and separates the company’s lobby with its bleacher-ed, town hall gathering area. The wall effortlessly defines a collaborative space, creates an inviting ambiance and sets the tone for the rest of the building.
The glass theme is repeated in sliding glass doors in the building’s renovated areas, with doors opening to contemporary conference rooms. CRL Ladder Pulls in matte black blend well with the industrial feel of the space and its concrete floors, exposed metal beams and adjacent exposed brick walls.
