The tallest luxury apartment tower in West AL, the 34-story Landmark Los Angeles is a 349 feet structure on Wilshire Boulevard. Offering spectacular panoramic ocean and mountain views, the tower features floor-to-ceiling glass-walled apartment suites that open onto expansive private balconies.

The overall design focuses on providing a luxury experience for residents with amenities that include a heated Junior Olympic size pool for lap swimming, a 2,500 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor yoga deck, a designer lobby, a multi-media club room, and an open-air lounge with a gourmet café and firepits. There is also an adjoining 40,000 square foot landscaped park with tables and chairs, water features, a stage, and a central lawn.

The sophisticated, luxury design of the shimmering glass and steel tower extends to the interior of all 376 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with gourmet kitchens, custom Italian cabinetry, upscale appliances, walk-in closets and more.

Gensler designers also carried the building’s modern, sophisticated aesthetic all the way into the bathrooms, using CR Laurence products in the construction of all the units shower enclosures.

While minimalist in their appearance, these shower enclosure components are high quality alternatives that provide long-lasting stability, durability and safety and express the meticulous attention to detail that Gensler architects expressed in their design.

CRL Polished Chrome Square Style Hole-in-Glass Fixed Panel U-Clamps
The dependable clamps are used to secure fixed panels of glass in frameless shower enclosures. Constructed of solid brass, they are an alternative to traditional U-channels and enhance the all-glass look.

CRL Polished Chrome Vienna 037 Series Wall Mount Full Back Plate Hinges
These solid brass hinges provide a sturdy and stable solution for wider, heavier glass doors that traditional hinges are not able to support. They are self-centering with reversible 5-degree pivot pins.

CRL Polished Chrome Back-to-Back Paddle Knobs
These knobs provide and updated, alternative look to standard shower door handles when mounted to a frameless shower door. The flat “paddle” shape, along with its square corners, is an ideal complementary look to CRL hinges.

CRL Polished Chrome 24” Towel Bar with Contemporary Knob
A design complement to the other CRL shower enclosure hardware, this towel bar is constructed of tubular brass for lighter weight when installed on the door.
